Ordering and delivery

Upload your artwork when you order. Every file gets an automatic check of size and resolution, and a file that would print blurry is flagged before you pay. If you would like a person to look over the file, add File Check (£4.99); if you have no artwork, our design service can set it up for you. We usually dispatch in about 5 working days, then it travels by courier to UK addresses; delivery is charged at our standard rates shown in the basket.

Quick answers about printed rectangle flag.

Which base do I need?

Use the ground spike on grass or soft ground, the cross base with water bag on concrete and paving, and the water-fill tank base when you need one base that works anywhere, including uneven or mixed ground. Indoors, a flat base plate is available in our flag bases range.

Air-mesh or close-weave fabric?

Close-weave polyester gives the brightest, most solid colours. Air-mesh lets more wind through, so it suits exposed sites and puts less strain on the pole; colours look slightly lighter.

Can I order a new flag for my existing pole?

Yes, choose "Printed flag only". It fits our carbon-fibre poles of the same shape and size; if your pole came from elsewhere, send us its measurements first.

Is it cheaper to order more?

Yes. The unit price drops at 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 20 units, and the price table on this page shows the total for each quantity. For more than 50 or deliveries to several addresses, ask us for a quote.

How long does it take?

We usually dispatch in about 5 working days from your order and artwork approval, then courier delivery takes a further day or two to most UK mainland addresses.

Can it be used outdoors?

Yes. The intended use is: outdoor and indoor. Bring it in during storms and strong winds.

What artwork do I need?

A print-ready PDF or high-resolution image at the size of the printed area, with 3 mm bleed where the print runs to the edge. Uploads get an automatic size and resolution check; add File Check (£4.99) for a person to review it, or use our design service.

Can you supply a custom size, shape or colour?

Often yes, usually as a made-to-order run with a minimum quantity. Send us the details through the quote form or WhatsApp and we will check what is possible and price it.
