Upload your artwork when you order. Every file gets an automatic check of size and resolution, and a file that would print blurry is flagged before you pay. If you would like a person to look over the file, add File Check (£4.99); if you have no artwork, our design service can set it up for you. We usually dispatch in about 5 working days, then it travels by courier to UK addresses; delivery is charged at our standard rates shown in the basket. This is a large item, so it may arrive on a pallet or in more than one box.

Yes. Order the frame with a banner, then re-order printed banners for the same size whenever the message changes.
Is it cheaper to order more?
Yes. The unit price drops at 2, 3, 4, 5, 10, 20 units, and the price table on this page shows the total for each quantity. For more than 250 or deliveries to several addresses, ask us for a quote.
How long does it take?
We usually dispatch in about 5 working days from your order and artwork approval, then courier delivery takes a further day or two to most UK mainland addresses.
Can it be used outdoors?
Yes. The intended use is: outdoor. Bring it in during storms and strong winds.
What artwork do I need?
A print-ready PDF or high-resolution image at the size of the printed area, with 3 mm bleed where the print runs to the edge. Uploads get an automatic size and resolution check; add File Check (£4.99) for a person to review it, or use our design service.
Can you supply a custom size, shape or colour?
Often yes, usually as a made-to-order run with a minimum quantity. Send us the details through the quote form or WhatsApp and we will check what is possible and price it.
How do I order?
Choose your options and quantity above the price, add it to the basket and pay securely online. For purchase orders, account customers or several delivery addresses, ask us for a quote instead.
Do you deliver outside the UK mainland?
We deliver to UK addresses. Northern Ireland, the Scottish Highlands, islands and offshore addresses can cost more to reach, so message us before ordering and we will confirm the delivery cost.
