Straight answers about ordering, prices, delivery, artwork and returns. Every product page also answers its own questions about sizes, bases and materials.
Ordering and prices
Can I order a pavement sign without printing?
Yes. Most frames, stands and boards can be ordered blank, ready for your own posters or chalk, or printed in full colour from your artwork. Pick blank or printed in the options and the price updates on the page.
Is the price on the page the price I pay?
Yes, for the goods. The figure beside the options is what you pay for those items at checkout. Delivery is added in the basket, priced for your postcode, before you pay.
Do you give discounts for larger quantities?
Yes. Most products get cheaper per unit as you order more, and each product page shows the price breaks. For larger quantities than the page offers, or a mix of products for several sites, ask for a quote.
Can you price a whole frontage or a chain of shops?
Yes. Send the list through the quote form, or call or WhatsApp 07737 902425, and a person will price the lot.
How can I pay?
By debit or credit card at checkout, through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay work on supported devices. Your card details go to Stripe, not to us.
Delivery
How much is delivery?
One charge per order, priced by the order value: from £10 for 2 to 3 working days or £13 for the next working day to a UK mainland address. Northern Ireland, the Highlands and the islands have their own prices, and the exact figure shows in the basket. Orders of £1,000 or more get a delivery quote. Full details are on the delivery page.
How long do signs and displays take?
Each product page shows its dispatch time in working days before you pay. Blank stock items leave quickest; printed items and frames made in a colour of your choice take longer because they are made for your order. Allow time before an opening or an event.
Outdoors and the law
Will a pavement sign blow over?
Some designs cope with wind far better than others. Water-base and swing signs flex or rock instead of tipping, and forecourt stands use water, sand or concrete bases. Each product page lists its base and what it suits. In strong winds, bring any sign inside.
Do I need permission to put a sign on the pavement?
Often, yes. Many councils need a licence for A-boards, barriers and tables on the public highway, and some need advertisement consent for signs. Check with your council before you order, and keep a clear path for people walking past.
Artwork
What artwork do you need for printed signs?
A print-ready PDF at the size shown on the product, with 3 mm bleed. Every upload gets an automatic check for size and resolution. File check (£4.99) puts a person on it, or our design service can set the artwork for you. See the artwork guidelines.
Can I change the poster in a frame myself?
Yes. Snap frames and poster A-boards open from the front, so you can swap a poster in seconds without tools. Spare posters and replacement panels are sold separately.
Returns
Can I return something I no longer need?
Blank stock items can be returned unused within 14 days of delivery. Printed and made-to-order items cannot be returned for a change of mind, but anything faulty, damaged or not as ordered is replaced or refunded. See returns and refunds.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send us photos within 48 hours of delivery through the contact page and we will replace it or refund it.
