What delivery costs

The charge goes by the value of the goods in your basket, not by how many items you buy. A single A-board and a full set of cafe barriers for the same order still pay one delivery charge.

Order value is the goods total. Next working day before 12 noon: the 2-3 day price plus £6.50. Next working day before 10am: the Northern Ireland and Highlands next-working-day price. Isle of Wight: the 2-3 day price plus £8.00. Channel Islands: plus £23.00. Scottish islands, Isle of Man and Isles of Scilly: plus £28.00 (2-3 working days only). Delivery days count from dispatch. Very large items may travel by pallet: we will tell you before we send them.

How long it takes

Every product page shows its working days to dispatch beside the price, so you know before you order. Stock hardware such as A-boards, poster frames and leaflet holders leaves quickest. Anything printed, and frames made in a colour of your choice, take longer because they are made for your order. Delivery time is added once the parcel leaves: 2 to 3 working days, or the next working day if you choose it at checkout.

Working days are Monday to Friday, not counting UK bank holidays.

Big and heavy items

Forecourt stands with water or concrete bases, gazebos, cafe barrier kits and poster pillars are heavy. They travel by courier in one or more boxes, and very large orders go by pallet. Concrete bases are heavy enough to need two people: please make sure someone can take delivery and has a clear route from the kerb. We tell you before dispatch if an order needs a pallet.

Where we deliver

  • England, Wales and mainland Scotland: the prices in the table above.
  • Northern Ireland and Scottish Highland postcodes: their own column in the table.
  • Isle of Wight, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly and the Scottish islands: the mainland 2 to 3 day price plus the surcharge listed under the table, worked out at checkout.
  • Outside the UK: we do not deliver abroad.

When it arrives

Open the boxes and check the goods as soon as you can. If anything is damaged in transit, send photos within 48 hours to our team and we will replace it or refund it. The full rules are on the returns and refunds page.
